Hi, I’m James, owner of Sir James Photography and a portrait and wedding photographer since 2005. My journey into photography began with a personal lesson: my own wedding photos didn’t turn out the way we’d hoped because we didn’t hire a professional. That moment lit a fire in me to make sure others never experience that same regret.

I’m passionate about delivering high-quality portraits at an affordable price, whether it’s your wedding day, a milestone moment, or just because. When my four kids started playing sports, I naturally found myself capturing their games. That passion led me to train and learn under another seasoned photographer for a few years, eventually opening the door to doing team and individual sports photos for leagues, schools, and travel teams.

What truly drives me is helping people feel confident and celebrated. There’s nothing better than seeing someone light up when they see a photo of themselves that they truly love. To me, photos aren’t just images—they’re forever.
